MANAGEMENT TEAM

James Bill, President:
EEC's management team is led by James Bill. Mr. Bill has over 25 years experience in the electrical distribution system and electrical contracting business. Mr. Bill's 20 years experience with FPL's distribution system include working as a journeyman cable splicer, designing and several management positions culminating as a Service Center Lead Supervisor. After that, he has 6 years experience running an electrical contracting services company, servicing utilities and institutional, commercial, residential customers. He founded EEC in 2005 and has spearheaded its rapid expansion to 35 employees.

Robert King, Inside Electric Manager:
EEC's inside electrical services department is managed by Electrical Superintendent Robert King. Mr. King's career includes 25 years of experience in the electrical contracting services business including overseeing blueprints, layouts and final inspections. He has successfully completed build-outs, remodeling of department stores and office building projects.

Ernie Damers, Utility Manager:
EEC's electric utility services department is managed by Ernie Damers. Mr. Damers' experience includes 24 years with Florida Power & Light (FPL). His career includes experience as a Senior Line Specialist as well as four years of experience supervising contractors and FPL crews. He has vast experience in managing safety initiatives and is a Total Safety Culture training facilitator.
